Ingredients
- ½ head of cabbage, chopped
- ½ Vidalia onion, chopped
- 4-5 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- ¼ cup extra light tasting olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Tuscan Herb Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Marinade
Directions
- Preheat the E-Series Airfryer Oven to 350°F and set it to air fry for 15 minutes.
- Chop the cabbage, onion, and bacon. Add them to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, garlic paste, Tuscan Herb Seasoning, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Line the air fryer baking tray with foil. Spread the cabbage and bacon mixture evenly across the tray.
- Place the tray in the air fryer oven. Cook for 15 minutes, tossing the mixture every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Check that the cabbage is tender and the bacon is fully cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and an extra dusting of Tuscan Herb Seasoning, if desired.
