Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°F.
Melt 10 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a baking pan in the pizza oven. Carefully remove the pan once the butter is melted.
Add the brown sugar to the melted butter in the pan, mix well, and then return it to the oven to dissolve the sugar.
Allow the butter and sugar mixture to cool slightly, and then stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time to the mixture, whisking until well combined.
Divide the all-purpose flour into three portions and gradually mix it in, ensuring there are no clumps.
Stir in the chocolate chips or chunks until evenly distributed.
Grease a 9x9 baking pan with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and tap it to eliminate any large air bubbles. Optionally, top with extra chocolate chips to your liking.
Bake the brownies in your Blackstone Pizza Oven at 500°F for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a little bit of cooked batter for a more moist brownie.
