Ingredients
1 pound bottom round beef, sliced into strips
1 large head broccoli, cut into medium-sized florets
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Drizzle vegetable oil then add the beef, broccoli and onion to the griddle. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-8 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the beef is fully cooked through.
Add the garlic, green onions and teriyaki sauce to the beef and broccoli. Stir with spatulas and cook for 2 minutes until evenly mixed.
Remove the beef and broccoli from the griddle and serve immediately over rice.
