Indulge in a classic Chinese takeout favorite with this easy beef and broccoli recipe. Tender slices of beef are stir-fried with fresh broccoli and a savory sauce made with garlic and teriyaki sauce. Served over steamed rice, this flavorful and satisfying dish is perfect for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.

1 pound bottom round beef, sliced into strips
1 large head broccoli, cut into medium-sized florets
1 yellow onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14-ounce) bottle teriyaki glaze
1 bunch green onions, sliced
4 cups cooked rice, to serve
Vegetable oil, for the griddle
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Drizzle vegetable oil then add the beef, broccoli and onion to the griddle. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-8 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the beef is fully cooked through.
Add the garlic, green onions and teriyaki sauce to the beef and broccoli. Stir with spatulas and cook for 2 minutes until evenly mixed.
Remove the beef and broccoli from the griddle and serve immediately over rice.
