Start your day off right with a savory and satisfying breakfast of corned beef hash. This classic dish features tender corned beef and hash browns, all cooked to crispy perfection. 1 (26-ounce) bag shredded hash browns
2 (12-ounce) cans corned beef
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 (8-ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for the griddle
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Drizzle vegetable oil then add the sliced onion, hash browns, and corned beef. Cook for 8 minutes per side until very crispy.
Mix everything on the griddle together with spatulas. Top with shredded cheese and let sit until the cheese is melted.
While the cheese is melting, cook the eggs on the griddle as desired. Remove the hash from the griddle and top with eggs and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
