Feed 4 for $20 Thanksgiving Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12-16 slider rolls, cut in half
  • 16 ounces roasted turkey, sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 7 ounces cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces turkey gravy
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for the griddle

Directions

  1. In two separate saucepans, heat the cranberry sauce and gravy until warm. Set aside.
  2. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat, drizzle vegetable oil then add the sliced brussels sprouts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the brussels sprouts for 5-7 minutes or until tender and crispy. 
  3. Lay the turkey slices out onto the griddle and sear on both sides. Once seared, use spatulas to layer the turkey into a square roughly the same size as the split slider rolls. 
  4. Place the slider rolls onto the griddle and toast on both sides.
  5. Top the turkey with sliced provolone and then cover with a basting dome for 1 minute or until the cheese is completely melted.
  6. Spread the warm cranberry sauce onto one side of the sliders and the gravy onto the other. Place the turkey and melted cheese onto the bottom buns.
  7. Top the turkey with the cooked brussels sprouts, fried onions, and the top buns. Remove from the griddle and cut into portions. Serve immediately.
