Ingredients
- 1 ribeye steak (1½ - 2 inches thick)
- 8 green onions, trimmed
- 2 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil
-
1 tsp. garlic paste
-
1 tsp. ginger paste
-
1 tsp. hot honey
-

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil
- 8 wooden skewers
- Sesame seeds
- Optional: Gochujang or Sriracha
Directions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, and hot honey. Mix well.
Slice the steak into ¼-inch strips. Stack 4 strips together and slice down the middle. Trim the edges and skewer. Repeat with the remaining steak strips. Season each side with Blackstone Blackened Steak Seasoning.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high heat. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook the steak skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
On the other side of the griddle, add the butter, green onions, and mushrooms. Season with Blackstone S.P.G. Seasoning. Toss and cook for 3-4 minutes.
In the last 30 seconds of cooking, drizzle some of the sauce over each skewer and swirl to coat the meat.
To serve, place the mushrooms and green onions on a plate. Top with the steak skewers. Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of Sriracha or Gochujang, if desired.
