- 1 Cup of Rolled Oats
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup of Egg Whites
- 4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla tastes best with this recipe)
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Heat griddle to medium high heat and coat with a thin coat of cooking oil or butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.
Cook 1-2 minutes (until bubble start to form) and then flip pancake.
Cook 1-2 minutes on the other side, plate, and serve.
