1 pound 80/20 ground beef
1 cup diced sweet yellow onion
Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
3 slices American Cheese
3 Wonder Bread Honey Bun burger buns
- Pre-heat your griddle to medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to Blackstone. Add sliced sweet yellow onion to one heat zone on your Blackstone and toss in oil to caramelize for 4-5 mins.
- Form the ground beef into 4 ounce meat balls. Place the meatballs on the griddle and smash thin. Add some Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning over each patty and cook for 1-2 minutes each side.
- Flip the burgers and add caramelized onions, Chili Cheese Fritos, BBQ Sauce and a slice of American Cheese.
- Cover with a dome and melt the cheese. Once Cheese is melted add patty to a Wonder Bread Honey Hamburger bun and serve.
