Ingredients
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 2 cups funnel cake mix
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat the griddle to 350°F and add the avocado oil to warm up.
In a mixing bowl, combine the funnel cake mix and ice-cold water. Mix until the consistency resembles ketchup.
Pour the batter into a squirt bottle for easier handling.
Squeeze the batter onto the griddle in a swirling, circular motion to form the funnel cake shape. Cook until golden brown.
Remove the funnel cake and place it on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top, and add any other desired toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
