Ingredients

5 pounds raw chicken wings
-
1/2 cup vegetable oil, for the griddle
-
1/2 cup Blackstone Jamaican Jerk Sear and Serve Sauce
-
1 cup Blackstone Creamy Buffalo Sear and Serve Sauce
-
2 tablespoons Blackstone SPG Seasoning
Directions
Preheat Blackstone Griddle to medium high heat. Add the vegetable oil and the chicken wings. Season with SPG seasoning.
Cook the wings for 15-20 minutes or until they register 165 degrees Fahrenheit with a probe thermometer. Divide the wings evenly into 3 separate mixing bowls. Add the 3 separate Blackstone Sear and Serve sauces into the mixing bowls. Toss the wings and serve immediately.
