Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp finely minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheese (such as Colby jack)
- 6 slices of ham (Black Forest or honey ham)
- Kewpie mayo
- Ketchup
Directions
- Mix the room temperature butter, parsley, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until combined, and then spread the garlic butter evenly on both sides of the sliced bread.
- Heat a Blackstone Griddle or a frying pan, and toast the buttered bread on both sides until lightly golden.
- While the bread is toasting, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Pour the eggs on all sides of the toasted bread to create a thin layer. Split the eggs between the two slices of bread to form two sandwiches. Flip over the bread to cook the opposite side of the eggs.
- Gently fold the eggs into the bread on each side of the sandwich. On one half of the sandwich, add a slice of cheese, a few slices of ham, and drizzle some Kewpie mayo and ketchup to your liking.
- Fold the opposite side of the sandwich over and enjoy while it's warm. Enjoy!
