Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp finely minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices of bread of your choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese (such as Colby jack)
  • 6 slices of ham (Black Forest or honey ham)
  • Kewpie mayo
  • Ketchup

Directions

  1. Mix the room temperature butter, parsley, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until combined, and then spread the garlic butter evenly on both sides of the sliced bread.
  2. Heat a Blackstone Griddle or a frying pan, and toast the buttered bread on both sides until lightly golden.
  3. While the bread is toasting, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Pour the eggs on all sides of the toasted bread to create a thin layer. Split the eggs between the two slices of bread to form two sandwiches. Flip over the bread to cook the opposite side of the eggs.
  4. Gently fold the eggs into the bread on each side of the sandwich. On one half of the sandwich, add a slice of cheese, a few slices of ham, and drizzle some Kewpie mayo and ketchup to your liking.
  5. Fold the opposite side of the sandwich over and enjoy while it's warm. Enjoy!
