Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 lb wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 6 garlic cloves, grated or chopped

Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle Butter
- Handful of Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Juice of one lemon
- Avocado oil
- Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
Directions
Marinate the shrimp in a thin layer of avocado oil and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning for 20 minutes.
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add Drizzle & Sizzle Butter to the griddle, then add the shrimp. Toss to coat the shrimp and spread them out to sear on one side for 2 minutes (for large shrimp). Flip and sear for 1 minute.
Add more Drizzle & Sizzle Butter if needed, then add the garlic, some of the parsley, and the lemon juice. Toss and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Plate and serve!
