  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 12 Oz. of Shrimp
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Cayenne Pepper
  • Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Cups of Cooked rice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ponzu Sauce

Steps

  1. Turn griddle to medium heat and add the olive oil and butter.

  2. Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.

  3. Add the shrimp and stir to combine well.

  4. Add the salt and lemon juice, then move the shrimp around to coat it all evenly.

  5. Top the shrimp with the cayenne pepper and parsley.

  6. Move the shrimp to the side and add the rice to the griddle.

  7. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and ponzu to the rice. Toss the rice to coat in the sauce. Add chopped parsley and toss some more.

  8. Plate the rice first, then top with the shrimp. Sprinkle a little more fresh chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
