Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (about 14 wings)
- 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean fermented pepper paste)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon pineapple sriracha
(optional)
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, mix Gochujang, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, and pineapple sriracha.
Add the chicken wings to the sauce, toss to coat, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your smoker to 325°F. Place wings on the grill, smoke for 20 minutes, then flip and continue for another 20-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 185°F.
Brush with reserved marinade, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
