  • 1 loaf of Texas Toast
  • Grape Jelly
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Half and Half
  • 1 Tbsp Butter


  1. Make a classic PB & J using the desired ratio of jelly to peanut butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix two eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 cup of brown sugar, and ¾ cups of Half and Half.
  3. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter on the griddle (set to medium-high heat).
  4. Dip and coat the PB&J in the mixture and place on the griddle and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Plate and enjoy!
