- 1 loaf of Texas Toast
- Grape Jelly
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup Half and Half
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Make a classic PB & J using the desired ratio of jelly to peanut butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix two eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 cup of brown sugar, and ¾ cups of Half and Half.
- Melt 1 Tbsp of butter on the griddle (set to medium-high heat).
- Dip and coat the PB&J in the mixture and place on the griddle and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Plate and enjoy!
