- 1 Lb. of Smoked Gouda (shredded)
- 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 1.5 Lb. of Roast Beef (sliced)
- 12 Oz. of Ale
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Granulated Garlic to Taste
- Hoagie Slider Rolls
- Potato Sticks
Place a cast iron skillet or sauce pan on griddle or side burner. If using a side burner, set your heat to low. If placing directly on the griddle top, you can adjust the heat accordingly. Combine shredded gouda, parmesan, and ale in skillet. Stir frequently. Keep at a simmer.
Meanwhile, set your griddle, or griddle zone, to high. Lightly coat with olive oil. Place 1.5 lbs. sliced roast beef on hot griddle top. Use griddle scraper or spatula to chop beef into smaller pieces.
Season roast beef to taste with black pepper, granulated garlic, and salt.
The roast beef is already cooked and safe to eat. Mix beef until the outside is caramelized and the meat is steaming hot.
Once the beef is caramelized, remove it from the griddle top and combine it with the gouda ale mixture.
Stir and allow mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
Place hoagie slider rolls on griddle top and turn until they are warm to the touch.
Slice hoagie rolls, place roast beef and cheese in rolls.
