Griddled Peaches

Caramelized Peaches and Ice Cream


  • 4 Fresh Peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 2 Teaspoons of Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream


  1. Heat your griddle to medium-high heat and cover with a small amount of melted butter.

  2. Cut your peaches into halves and remove the pit.

  3. Drizzle honey on the cut half of each peach - approximately 1/2 tsp per peach half.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on the cut half of each peach - approximately 1/8 tsp per peach half.

  5. Place on hot griddle - cut half down.

  6. Cook approximately 8 minutes (rotating every 2 minutes) or until honey starts to caramelize on the cut half of the peach.

  7. Remove from griddle and place in bowl.

  8. Top with a 1/4 cup scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve.
