  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (15-ounce) can corn
  • 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese

  3. Add the seasoning mix and water to the turkey. Mix thoroughly. Add salsa, corn and green chilies to the turkey and stir to combine.
  4. Combine fried rice with ground turkey mixture until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
  5. Once served on plates, top mixture with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
