In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Tabasco, Lumberjack seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Butter the slider buns and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Pile the deli ham into 6 small mounds on the hot griddle. Let the edges crisp. Place a slice of American cheese on each pile and let it melt. Once cheese is gooey, remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly oil a section of the griddle and crack each egg onto it. Use mason jar rings to shape the eggs uniformly. Flip when needed, and cook to your desired doneness (whites set, yolks slightly soft is ideal). Remove and set aside.
Build each slider in the following order:
Bottom toasted bun, generous layer of guacamole, crispy hash brown round, drizzle of spicy ketchup, cooked egg, ham and melted cheese, and top bun.
Serve hot and enjoy!
