Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the griddle. Sauté the spinach and shallot until softened. Stir in the garlic, then place the cream cheese on top. Cover with a dome and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cream cheese softens. Transfer the spinach mixture to a medium bowl. Add sour cream, heavy cream, mozzarella, parmesan, and Tuscan Herb seasoning. Mix until fully combined. Spoon the dip into an oven-safe dish and top with additional mozzarella and parmesan. Place in the air fryer and cook for 8–10 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to ensure the cheese does not burn. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers. Baked Brie Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Use a knife to score shallow hash marks on the top of the brie. Place it in a small oven-safe dish. Cook the brie in the air fryer for 5–8 minutes, or until softened and slightly melty. While the brie cooks, preheat the griddle to medium heat. Add the pecans, lightly spray with coconut oil, and season with Spicy Brown Sugar seasoning. Toss the pecans on the griddle for 2–3 minutes until warmed and evenly coated. Remove the brie from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving platter. Top with the warm pecans and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately with whole grain crackers.
