Ingredients
- 1 bag spinach
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ block cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- Tuscan Herb seasoning, to taste
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup honey
- Spicy Brown Sugar seasoning, to taste
- Coconut oil spray
- Whole grain crackers, for serving

Directions
Spinach Dip
- Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat and the air fryer to 350°F.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the griddle. Sauté the spinach and shallot until softened.
- Stir in the garlic, then place the cream cheese on top. Cover with a dome and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cream cheese softens.
- Transfer the spinach mixture to a medium bowl. Add sour cream, heavy cream, mozzarella, parmesan, and Tuscan Herb seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
- Spoon the dip into an oven-safe dish and top with additional mozzarella and parmesan.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 8–10 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to ensure the cheese does not burn.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
Baked Brie
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Use a knife to score shallow hash marks on the top of the brie. Place it in a small oven-safe dish.
- Cook the brie in the air fryer for 5–8 minutes, or until softened and slightly melty.
- While the brie cooks, preheat the griddle to medium heat. Add the pecans, lightly spray with coconut oil, and season with Spicy Brown Sugar seasoning.
- Toss the pecans on the griddle for 2–3 minutes until warmed and evenly coated.
- Remove the brie from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving platter.
- Top with the warm pecans and drizzle with honey.
- Serve immediately with whole grain crackers.
