Ingredients
- 1 package of hot dogs
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 brioche hot dog buns
- 20 oz of heat-and-serve mac and cheese
- Grillo's Pickle de Gallo
- Stone-ground mustard
- 2 tbsp oil

Directions
Slice onions, set aside. Using the SlotDog score hotdogs on both sides. Set griddle to medium low heat. Add Mac and cheese to a pan and place on the griddle to heat through.
Meanwhile, add oil and onions to griddle season with SPG tossing to coat. Place hotdogs on top of the onions to steam for about 2 minutes on each side. Then allow the hotdogs to cook directly on the griddle on both sides seasoning with SPG until your desired doneness.
Toast brioche buns on the griddle then assemble buns starting with a layer of stone ground mustard, Mac and cheese, hotdogs, onions and pickle de gallo. Or skip the buns and make a loaded Mac and cheese bowl using all the ingredients and enjoy!
