In a small saucepot over medium-high heat, combine the avocado oil, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Stir and cook for 5-8 minutes until the oil bubbles and toasts the ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Blackstone SPG Seasoning to coat evenly.
Once the oil mixture has simmered, remove it from the griddle. Add the seasoned chicken wings to the griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, add soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ranch seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, and a bit more Blackstone SPG Seasoning to the red pepper flake mix. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, toss it with a few tablespoons of the hot honey ranch sauce to glaze the wings.
Plate the wings family-style on a large platter, drizzle more of the sauce over the top, and garnish with sliced green onions and a few shakes of sesame seeds. Serve hot.
