Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup French vanilla coffee creamer
- Extra virgin olive oil, for the griddle
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 loaf huckleberry bread
- Huckleberry syrup
- Powdered sugar
- Whipped cream topping
Directions
In a rectangular cake pan, combine the eggs, creamer, and cinnamon. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat and apply a light coat of oil.
Submerge bread slices in the French toast batter for about 30 seconds, ensuring all sides are coated.
Drain excess batter from each slice and transfer the bread to the griddle top.
Cook the French toast for 2-3 minutes per side until it is fully cooked through.
Remove the French toast from the griddle. Add Huckleberry syrup, powdered sugar, and whipped cream topping.
