Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven on low heat.
In a large cast-iron pan, add the marinara to the bottom and spread it out evenly. Add the mozzarella, eggs, oregano, parmesan, basil, and prosciutto. Season with a bit of salt and pepper and place it into the pizza oven. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
Toast the sourdough in a bit of butter on both sides.
Once the eggs are cooked and the marinara sauce is bubbly, remove the cast-iron from the Blackstone Pizza Oven and garnish with a bit more parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve family-style with the sourdough toast as dippers.
