  • Sharp White Cheddar, Shredded
  • Sharp Orange Cheddar, Shredded
  • Jalapenos (or jarred pickled jalapenos), Thinly Sliced
  • Bacon Slices, Cooked and Crumbled
  • Onion Powder


  1. Heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat, be sure surface is clean of excess oil.

  2. Place about ¼ cup of shredded cheese onto the hot griddle.

  3. After about a minute sprinkle a few pieces of bacon and 1-3 slices jalapeno on top and a light dusting of onion powder.

  4. Once the cheese starts to get lacey, about 1-2 minutes, using a scraper or spatula lift the cheese carefully and flip.

  5. Let cook 1 more minute. Set on paper towels to drain excess oil.
