Loaded Tater Tots

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat.
2. Cook chopped bacon directly on the griddle until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease on the surface.
3. Add frozen tater tots to the bacon grease in a single layer. Season generously with Bootleg Burger Seasoning and cook until golden and crispy, flipping occasionally for even browning.
4. While the tots cook, place a small pot or heat-safe pan on the griddle and warm the queso until smooth.
5. Once the tots are done, pile them into serving dishes.
6. Drizzle with warm queso, sprinkle crispy bacon, top with green onions, and finish with sour cream.
7. Add a final dusting of Bootleg Burger Seasoning for extra flavor.
