Marinated Steak Tips

Serves: 4 Time: 2 hours 30 minutes Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, and pepper in a sealable gallon-sized plastic bag. Knead well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Add steak cubes into the marinade bag and knead well to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  3. Heat griddle to high heat and coat evenly with olive oil.
  4. Add steak bites to the griddle and cook to desired doneness (approximately 5 minutes or 145 degrees internal temperature for medium steak bites)
  5. *Pro Tip* using a colander to strain excess marinade from your steak bites makes griddle clean-up even easier.
