Preheat the Leggero Pizza Oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Gently fold in the lump crab meat.
Pour the crab meat mixture into a 10” cast iron skillet or round baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and dust with Old Bay Seasoning.
Place the skillet or dish into the 425-degree Leggero Pizza Oven for 15 minutes.
Slice the Italian Bread into ½ inch thick slices.
Butter one side of each slice and dust with Old Bay Seasoning.
Place the slices on a sheet of foil or a pizza pan.
Bake in the 425-degree Leggero Pizza Oven for 4 minutes.
Place the toasted bread slices around the edge of the cast iron skillet as dippers.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve hot!
