Ingredients
- Sub rolls
- Prepared meatballs
- Jar of marinara sauce
- 1 lb Sliced Mozzarella
- 1 lb Sliced Provolone
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning
Directions
Preheat your pizza oven to approximately 450 degrees.
Add half of the olive oil to a pan, place the meatballs in the pan, and then put the pan into the pizza oven. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the meatballs from the pan, give them a stir, and pour the entire jar of Rao's marinara sauce over them.
Place the pan back into the oven for another 3-4 minutes.
Slice the sub rolls and apply some olive oil to the cut sides. Sprinkle them with Tuscan Herb seasoning.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and place the rolls in the oven for a quick toast, approximately 1 minute.
Return the sub to the oven and let it melt for about 30 seconds.
Remove from the oven and top it with some of the marinara sauce.
Serve and enjoy your delicious Meatball Subs!
