Ingredients
- Flatbread pizza dough
- 1 jar roasted red bell peppers, drained (reserve 2-3 peppers to chop)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Kalamata olives, drained and halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Baby arugula
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce, thinned with 1 tsp milk
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 450°F.
In a blender, combine the drained roasted red bell peppers (reserving 2-3 for later), tomato paste, garlic, and a sprinkle of Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning. Blend until smooth to create the sauce.
Spread the sauce over the flatbread dough. Top with shredded mozzarella, chopped artichokes, reserved roasted peppers, olives, red onion, and crumbled feta.
Bake in the pizza oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh baby arugula and a drizzle of the thinned tzatziki sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
