Mini French Toast Bites (Inspired by Casey Woods)

Ingredients
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 6-8 eggs
- Up to 1 cup Chobani Cinnamon Coffee Cake Creamer
- Blackstone Snickerdoodle Seasoning (or a mix of sugar and cinnamon)
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar
- 1 stick salted butter
Directions
Rinse the fruit and slice the strawberries. Set them aside.
In a bowl, create the French toast batter by whisking together 6-8 eggs, up to 1 cup of creamer, and a generous amount of Snickerdoodle seasoning.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to 350°F or use medium heat.
Fully soak each mini bite in the batter, then place them on the griddle.
Cook the mini bites on all sides until golden brown.
Serve the mini bites family-style, topped with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fresh fruit.
