Ingredients
- Avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil, for the griddle
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3-4 pounds of Yaki-Soba noodles
- 2 pounds beef tenderloin, cubed
- 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 (10-ounce) bag of fresh spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Granulated garlic, to taste
- Teriyaki sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Green onions, chopped
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high heat. Evenly spread oil across the griddle top.
Add broccoli, red bell pepper, red onion, red cabbage, carrots, and snow peas to the griddle top. Drizzle oil on top of the vegetables and continue mixing everything together while it cooks.
Stir the Yaki-Soba noodles in with the vegetables. Add oil to keep them moist while cooking.
Move the veggies and noodles to one side of the griddle. Drizzle oil on the other side and add the cubed steak and chopped garlic. Continue stirring the meat and garlic around while it cooks.
Stir sprouts into the vegetable mixture.
After the meat is thoroughly cooked, combine the meat and vegetables together. Mix in the spinach near the end, when the vegetables are tender, and the noodles are heated through.
Add black pepper, granulated garlic, salt, and Teriyaki sauce. Mix everything together again.
Remove the stir-fry from the griddle. Top it with sesame seeds, more teriyaki sauce, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
