The Neapolitan Pizza Sauce is a classic and simple sauce made from canned tomatoes, salt, and olive oil. This traditional sauce is the perfect complement to the soft and chewy crust of a Neapolitan pizza, bringing the flavors of Italy to your kitchen.

Ingredients

1 (28-ounce) can San Marzano tomatoes

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 cloves garlic

1 pinch chili flake
-
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until completely mixed. Taste and adjust for salt if necessary.
Recipe Note
This sauce can be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks.
