1 (28-ounce) can San Marzano tomatoes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch chili flake
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until completely mixed. Taste and adjust for salt if necessary.
This sauce can be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks.
