Ingredients
- 4 Cups of Bread Flour
- 1 and 1/2 Cups of Warm Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Instant Dry Yeast
- 2 Teaspoons of Salt
- 4 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
Steps
-
Add water, flour, yeast, and salt together in a large bowl. Don't add the oil yet. You want the flour to hydrate first before adding oil.
-
Mix the dough until most of the flour is incorporated.
-
Add the oil and knead dough for 10 minutes.
-
Cover dough and let it rise for 45 minutes to an hour.
-
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and round into balls. Wipe the dough balls with oil or cooking spray.
-
Place the dough balls in airtight containers and place in fridge for 12-24 hours (up to 4 or 5 days).
-
Remove from fridge and let come to room temperature before using (about an hour or two).
