Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°F.
Lightly oil and season the pork loin.
Add butter and oil to a deep-dish pizza pan.
Place the pork loin on top of the butter and oil in the pan.
Place the pan in the pizza oven to sear the top of the pork for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, halve the medley potatoes.
In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, minced garlic, Blackstone S.P.G. seasoning, and balsamic dressing.
Remove the pork from the pizza oven and flip it over.
Add the seasoned potatoes around the pork in the pan.
Place the pan back in the pizza oven.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
Cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the potatoes are softened.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the pork rest for a few minutes.
Slice the pork and enjoy!
