Ingredients
- Hot Dog
- Pastrami
- Sharp Swiss Cheese Slice
- Scoop of Chili
- Raw Onions
- Deli Mustard
Directions
Use the Slotdog to create ridges on all sides of your hot dog.
Place the hot dog on the griddle over medium heat.
Melt butter on the griddle and add two slices of pastrami, cooking until warmed through.
Place your bun on top of an egg ring to elevate it off the griddle surface.
Add a slice of sharp Swiss cheese on top of the bun.
Cover with a basting dome and squirt water around the egg ring to steam and melt the cheese.
Add a scoop of chili to the griddle to heat it up.
Once the cheese is melted and the bun is toasted to your liking, remove from the griddle.
Add the pastrami slices to the bun.
Spoon the heated chili into the bun over the pastrami.
Place the hot dog in the bun and top with raw onions.
Drizzle with deli mustard, and enjoy.
