Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits
- 20 Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
Directions
Preparing the Party Balls:
Preheat the Leggero Pizza Oven to 400°F (low setting).
Remove the biscuits from the can and cut each one in half.
Roll each half into a ball, then flatten into a disc.
Place a peanut butter cup in the center of each dough disc.
Wrap the dough around the peanut butter cup, pressing the edges to seal on the bottom.
Place the prepared balls on a pizza screen.
Bake in the Leggero Pizza Oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Making the Peanut Butter Honey Glaze:
Combine the peanut butter and honey in a double boiler.
Melt together, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze generously over the baked party balls.
Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
Serve and enjoy!
