Ingredients

2 loaves frozen dough, thawed overnight in a greased pan

1–2 cups brown sugar

Cinnamon (plus 1 tbsp for the topping)

2 sticks butter, room temperature

3 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey (or regular honey)

Pinch of salt

½ cup chopped pecans (or more, if desired)
Directions
- Preheat your pellet smoker to 350°F.
- On a floured surface, roll out the thawed dough to about ¼ inch thick. Spread 1 stick of butter over the dough, then sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough lengthwise and slice into 2-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup brown sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 tbsp cinnamon, honey, salt, and pecans. Mix well.
- Spread this mixture evenly in a greased baking dish, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Arrange the dough rolls on top, cover loosely with a towel, and let rise for 1–2 hours.
- Bake in the pellet smoker for 30–45 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly golden. Remove and immediately flip onto a plate—do not let them cool in the pan or the pecan topping will harden.
