  • 1 Crust of Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 Cup of Pizza sauce (or vine ripened crushed tomatoes)
  • 8 Oz. of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 16-20 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1/8 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  1. Turn your Pizza Oven to medium high heat.

  2. Stretch out your pizza dough.

  3. Add your sauce. You can use pizza sauce or a can of vine ripened crushed tomatoes. Cento brand crushed tomatoes are available in most big box grocery stores. San Marzano tomatoes work great for pizza sauce as well.

  4. Add your mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.

  5. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

  6. Cook until the crust is golden brown.
