-
1 package of club crackers

2 tsp Pineapple Sriracha

2 tsp Spicy Brown Sugar

2 tsp Sweet Maple seasoning
-
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Directions
Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F.
Cut the bacon into pieces that match the length of the club crackers.
Lay the crackers flat on a cooling rack. Place a piece of bacon on top of each cracker.
Sprinkle the bacon with your chosen seasonings. Add a slice of jalapeño on top if desired.
Place the cooling rack with the crackers onto the pellet grill.
