Plant-Based Chorizo Queso Fundido

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat. Sauté the chorizo, onion, and jalapeño in 1 teaspoon of oil. Add an additional ½ to 1 teaspoon of oil if needed to prevent the plant-based chorizo from sticking.

2. In an oven-safe pan, layer the shredded cheeses, cilantro, and chorizo mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese and cilantro on top.

3. Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°F. Bake the dip for 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
