Ingredients
-
Plant-based chorizo, casing removed
- ½ white onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- 1 block (12 oz) Oaxaca cheese, shredded
- 1 block (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Chopped cilantro
- Oil of choice
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat. Sauté the chorizo, onion, and jalapeño in 1 teaspoon of oil. Add an additional ½ to 1 teaspoon of oil if needed to prevent the plant-based chorizo from sticking.
In an oven-safe pan, layer the shredded cheeses, cilantro, and chorizo mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese and cilantro on top.
Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°F. Bake the dip for 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
