Bachan's Original Sauce
1 packet of ramen noodles
Slice the green onion and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the pork belly until browned and crispy.
Transfer the cooked pork belly to a bowl and toss with Bachan’s Original Sauce. Save three pieces of Pork Belly for each bowl of Ramen.
In a saucepan, add 16 ounces of ramen broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and flavor packet, then cook for 3.5 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Transfer the cooked ramen and broth to a bowl. Top with sliced carrots, pork belly, green onions, sesame seeds, chile onion crunch, and nori.
