Buttery, flaky layers with gooey cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of cream cheese glaze

For the Swirls
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 stick butter, softened
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning
1 egg, beaten (optional, for egg wash)
Butter, for greasing the pan
For the Glaze
½ cup powdered sugar
2 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
1–2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Extra Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning, for dusting
Preheat the Blackstone Air Fryer drawer to 350°F. Lightly butter a small baking pan that fits inside the drawer.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, and Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning until smooth and spreadable.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the entire sheet.
Roll the pastry tightly into a log. Slice into 1–1½ inch swirls and place them cut-side up in the buttered pan. Brush the tops with egg wash if using.
Place the pan in the Air Fryer drawer and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the swirls are golden brown and puffed.
While the swirls cook, whisk together the powdered sugar, whipped cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable.
Remove the swirls from the Air Fryer and let them cool for 2–3 minutes. Drizzle the glaze over the warm swirls.
Finish with a light dusting of Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning and serve warm.
