1 loaf brioche bread
Cut the brioche bread into thick slices, then cut each slice into 3 sticks.
Heat your Blackstone griddle to low.
In a shallow dish, combine half and half, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until smooth.
Dip each brioche stick into the batter, ensuring all sides are coated.
Melt ½ stick of butter on the griddle and cook the battered French toast sticks until golden on each side.
Dust the French toast sticks with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
