Roasted Street Corn Dip

Ingredients
- Butter
- 5 ears of corn
- 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Street taco seasoning
- 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°-600°F.
Melt some butter and add it to a deep-dish pizza pan.
Place the corn in the pan and roast for approximately 8 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the Rotel, sour cream, mayo, and street taco seasoning.
Remove the corn from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the corn off the cob.
Add the corn, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
Combine all ingredients well.
Enjoy your delicious roasted street corn dip!
