Roasted Street Corn Dip

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 500°-600°F.

2. Melt some butter and add it to a deep-dish pizza pan.

3. Place the corn in the pan and roast for approximately 8 minutes.

4. In a large bowl, mix together the Rotel, sour cream, mayo, and street taco seasoning.

5. Remove the corn from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

6. Cut the corn off the cob.

7. Add the corn, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.

8. Combine all ingredients well.

9. Enjoy your delicious roasted street corn dip!
