- 1 can of salmon, drained
- ¼ cup finely diced onions
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko was used here)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, diced onions, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, eggs, and Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning. If needed, you can add some reserved salmon juice to the mixture.
Shape the mixture into patties and place them on the griddle.
Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes or until they turn a nice brown color. Flip them and cook the other side until brown as well.
Remove the patties from the griddle and serve them with your favorite condiments. Enjoy your salmon patties!
