Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

  • 1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cube Butter
  • 1 ½ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 package frozen biscuits


  1. Set air fryer to medium-high heat and place 10 biscuits inside and close.
  2. Set griddle to high heat – place skillet on Blackstone and melt 1 cube of butter inside.
  3. On the Blackstone, next to the skillet, cook the ground beef.
  4. Add 1 ½ cups of flour to the melted butter and mix. Add a little bit of flour and mix until it has the consistency of thick mashed potatoes.
  5. Add ½ cup of milk to the flour mixture and stir (don’t stop stirring or it will burn). Add a little more milk while stirring till it reaches the desired consistency – add more milk for a thinner gravy.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the sausage in the gravy and mix. Remove from heat and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove biscuits when finished cooking and plate with gravy on top.
