Sausage Mushrooms and Peppers Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 1 package mild Italian sausage links
- 1 package sliced portobello mushrooms
- 1 jar banana peppers
- 1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce
- 1 block or bag of shredded mozzarella (1½ to 2 cups)
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone pizza oven to 450-475°F.
Shape the pizza dough into a circle about 14-16 inches in diameter.
Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle 1½ to 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the sliced mushrooms and banana peppers as toppings.
Remove the sausage from its casing by pinching it out in small pieces, and scatter it over the pizza (this ensures the sausage cooks thoroughly from the heat).
Place the pizza in the Blackstone oven and cook for about 3 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
