Boil noodles according to the instructions on the box.
On one side of the griddle, heat mussels with olive oil. Place a dome over the mussels and add 3 tbsp of water. Steam until the mussels have opened. You may need to add more water to the dome for steaming purposes.
Preheat the griddle on medium. Add olive oil, shrimp, and scallops. Add garlic, seasonings, and butter, and sauté with shrimp and scallops until they are al dente.
Add white wine, canned clams, and white clam sauce. Continue to cook all ingredients on the griddle until bubbles form.
Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the griddle and mix everything together. If needed, you can add more white wine. Serve on a plate with mussels on top, lemon pinwheels, and parsley.
Optional: Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top and serve with a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
Garlic bread makes a great side as well. Enjoy!
