Semi-Homemade Cranberry Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cans Grands™ Cinnamon Rolls (5-count each; keep icing packets)
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup water
- ⅔ cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground clove
- Zest of 1 orange (optional but excellent)
- 4 tbsp butter
Directions
- In a small saucepan or cast iron pan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, water, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, ground clove, and optional orange zest.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 6–8 minutes, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove the cranberry filling from the heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes so it becomes thick but still spoonable.
- Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 350–375°F.
- Lightly butter a 12-inch cast iron skillet.
- Spread a small amount of the cranberry filling into the bottom of the buttered skillet.
Open the cans of Grands™ cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Arrange the cinnamon rolls in the skillet, spacing them evenly.
- Spoon the remaining cranberry filling over and around the rolls, letting it drip into the seams.
- Dot the top of the rolls with the 4 tablespoons of butter.
Place the skillet into the preheated pizza oven. Bake for 18–25 minutes, rotating the skillet occasionally to account for hotter spots in the back of the oven.
- The rolls are done when they are puffed, golden brown, and the cranberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Let the rolls cool for 5 minutes.
- Warm the icing packets included with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle the icing generously over the warm rolls.
- Optional: Add extra orange zest or a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before serving.
